Thanks to a nice customer feedback, I have updated the terms of service of InDefero.
Previously I was very aggressive in protecting Céondo in case of problems, now I try to balance the situation a bit more. Judge by yourself the changes in this piece of legal stuff:
Before: Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Céondo has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Céondo’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Céondo’s reasonable opinion, violates any Céondo policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Céondo’ s sole discretion. Céondo will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
After: If Céondo find that you are no following these rules, Céondo will contact you immediately to find a way to resolve the issues. If no agreements are found and if the situation can create any complications for Céondo, you will be provided with a full backup of the data and your forge will be suspended.
Updated in version 1.2 to add: Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Céondo retains the right to immediately suspend access to your forge on request of law enforcement agencies until the issue is sorted out. In case of material where possession and distribution is deemed clearly illegal (eg. child pornography), Céondo reserves the right to delete the material at any time and without notice; Céondo reserves the right to report such material to law enforcem ent authorities.
I really do not want to annoy the good people but I need to protect Céondo. The balance is not easy to find. Your feedback is welcomed.
